Chapter:33 Arc-3 The Cold Palace’s Neighbours

It took Helian Zheng half a year to replace those who were “unfaithful” to him.

He is sitting on the dragon chair, looking down at the ministers kneeling below and feeling very pleased with himself. As soon as he cast a look at them, he could see that loyalty value above everyone’s head, that was over fifty almost close to sixty.
